Nathan McKenzie ’12 has been awarded a full Naval ROTC Scholarship (Marine Corps option), which he will use to cover the costs of tuition, books, and fees at Boston College. The estimated value is $180,000.

McKenzie is the son of Scott and Marianne McKenzie of Rocky Hill.

This was one of only 11 NROTC-Marine option scholarships awarded in New England this year. Competition for these scholarships is intense; candidates must satisfy high academic and athletic requirements; complete several essays; supply recommendations; and sit for an interview.
