Educational Loans

To enable lower monthly payments, making tuition costs more affordable and manageable, Northwest Catholic has enlisted two educational loan lenders to offer parents loan programs that feature low interest loans and extended terms to qualified borrowers. These programs help to fulfill NWC's goal to make the decision to attend an affordable and satisfying one.

Sallie Mae in the college educational loan market and Your Tuition Solution have created programs for children attending K-12 private schools. The loan rates are attractive, and repayment terms are flexible with no prepayment penalties. Depending on the creditworthiness of the borrower, for example, a Sallie Mae loan for $9,000 over a five-year period could result in a monthly payment of $178 at 7% interest. Parents currently using credit cards for extended financing may wish to consider these alternative borrowing options.

These lenders offer online applications or toll-free calling, and they respond promptly to questions of eligibility.
