Greetings from the Admissions Office at Northwest Catholic High School!
Founded more than 50 years ago, Northwest Catholic has built a strong history of preparing its graduates to become leaders in the Church and society. Although much has changed on our campus over the years, we are still committed to the principles and traditions that are the hallmark of a Northwest Catholic graduate. Our mission to educate the whole person – mind, body, spirit and soul – as well as our diverse community – geographic, cultural, economic and religious – will prepare you to flourish in the world. Our challenging academic offerings, our strong standardized test scores and our impressive college placement reflect our dedication to guiding our students to become lifelong learners.
We are very proud of the fact that our scholarship and tuition assistance program makes it possible for many students to experience a Northwest Catholic education. Approximately 52% of our students receive support through academic scholarships or need-based aid. Our generous donors have provided opportunities for young people to enroll in our school and share their gifts and talents with the Northwest Catholic community.
Prospective students often worry about leaving old friends and making new ones. Through the wide range of extra-curricular activities, those worries disappear rapidly upon enrollment. Just as impressive are the friendships formed among the parents over the course of the high school years. We are a caring and supportive family and lifelong relationships are formed here.
The value of a Northwest Catholic High School diploma will be evident to you as you pursue your college and professional dreams. When you introduce yourself to new people over the course of your life and share your story – where you grew up, where you went to school – chances are the people you meet will be familiar with your alma mater. They might be proud alumni, or perhaps they know Northwest Catholic by its outstanding reputation. You will be able to realize what a difference your high school education made in the transformation of your life.
As you discover more about our offerings through the pages of this website, we hope you will take time to visit us and experience first-hand what makes our community so special. Come for a tour or attend an athletic event, an art show, a play, concert or dance recital. You will witness the tremendous talent and spirit of our students and the dedication of our teachers and coaches. You will more fully understand why this is “the school where you know that you belong!”
We look forward to meeting you very soon!
