Northwest Catholic offers an outstanding, college preparatory, academic program rooted in the Catholic Tradition. Academic excellence remains the key component of Northwest Catholic’s mission. Students are supported by the fundamentals of the program and challenged by a broad array of Honors and Advanced Placement classes. Students receive a foundation in religion, history, math, science, English, languages and the arts, which allows them to learn to read more closely, think more carefully, and write more clearly.

Northwest Catholic offers a full program with academic courses in each of the five main arts disciplines: Studio Art, Instrumental Music, Choral Music, Dance and Theater. Our students have the opportunity to take classes in each discipline during the academic day, as well as participate in a variety of extracurricular arts-related activities after school and in the evening.
All students who attend Northwest Catholic have the opportunity to challenge themselves outside of the classroom on one of our sports teams. Today, Northwest Catholic offers its students the opportunity to participate on any one of the 44 (including Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity levels) athletic programs offered at the school.

At Northwest Catholic High School we are committed to developing and nurturing the whole student in all aspects, particularly when it comes to developing each student Academically, Behaviorally, Athletically, Spiritually as well as developing them Socially and Emotionally.

We strive to teach all of our students to “Make Good Choices” in everything they do. We always ask them to Be Respectful, to Be Responsible and to Be Role Models at all times.

Our extracurricular programing as well as our clubs and activities serve as an extension of our classrooms and align directly with the Mission, Vision, and Value Statements of our school.

We are proud and honored to help each of our students develop to their full potential while continually preparing them for their post-secondary plans as well as being contributing members to their community.

Northwest Catholic firmly believes that parents are the first and most important educators of their children. Thus, we seek a partnership with parents in our mission to educate the minds, bodies, spirits, and souls of their teenagers, and we encourage parents to take an active role in this effort.

Parents who participate in school life reap the benefits of friendship and camaraderie of other parents while supporting the efforts of the students. Northwest Catholic is "the school where you know you belong," and that includes parents!
