Northwest Catholic High School seeks an energetic, confident, adaptive, and faith-filled individual to join our enrollment team as an Admissions Associate.

Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, the Admissions Associate is an integral member of the Northwest Catholic enrollment team, offering direct support and assistance to prospective students and parents, responding to and soliciting interest in NWC, and actively promoting the school within the region.  Often a primary contact throughout the admissions process, the Admissions Associate must be an attentive relationship builder, maintaining ongoing communication with prospective students and families through multiple means of contact.  This position calls for a detailed orientated and collaborative individual who is willing to multi-task and join a mission-driven school community. 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the integration of the school’s Catholic mission in all areas of school life.
  • Support the Director of Enrollment by assisting prospective students and families in navigating the admissions process.
  • Along with the Direct of Enrollment and NWC’s Director of Marketing & Communications, recognize enrollment opportunities, develop strategies, and implement domestic and international student recruitment enhancements that serve the mission of the school.
  • Use enrollment data to inform office operations and strategies.
  • Effectively co-manage the admissions database (FACTS) in maximizing enrollment yields.
  • Establish a well-practiced training program for student ambassadors.
  • Manage prospective student visits, campus tours, and conduct follow-up inquiries.
  • Assist and actively participate in the organizing and planning of both on and off campus enrollment activities, including open houses, entrance exams, and family receptions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal constituencies that motivates support of enrollment and retention best practices.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A demonstrated enthusiasm for Catholic education.
  • A practiced understanding of direct customer relations building required.  Family engagement and enrollment management experience in an educational setting preferred.
  • A team approach that enables colleagues to cultivate strong community ties and networks among feeder schools and communities.
  • Experience in working with adult volunteers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and executing various communications including digital media.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, public relations, education, or a related field.

This is a (12) month, part-time salaried position.
