NWC Athletic Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The submission deadline is September 20

Eligibility requirements:

Student athletes shall be 10 years post-graduation from Northwest Catholic High School, having distinguished themselves through good sportsmanship and athletic achievement.
Coaches shall have coached a minimum of 5 years at Northwest Catholic High School, and can't be currently coaching.
Teams shall have competed 10 years prior to the current induction year, having distinguished themselves through good sportsmanship and athletic achievement.
Contributors can consist of athletic directors, athletic trainers, volunteers, and significant donors or supporters.
