Facilities & Rentals

Please read the following Northwest Catholic facilities rental policy carefully:

As renters of Northwest Catholic High School property, we agree to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the Archdiocese of Hartford and Northwest Catholic High School from any and all loss, cost, damage, or expense arising out of or from any accident or other occurrence on or about these premises, causing injury to any person or property, and will protect, indemnify, and hold harmless the Archdiocese of Hartford and Northwest Catholic High School from any and all claims, cost, or expenses arising from any failure of the renter in any respect to comply with and perform all requirements and provisions agreed to and required by law or ordinance during the rental period.

Prior to using our facilities, you must supply Northwest Catholic High School with a Certificate of Insurance naming Northwest Catholic High School and the Archdiocese of Hartford as the additional insureds. The certificate should state the date or period of usage and purpose. This Certificate of Insurance can be obtained from your insurance company. Send your certificate to Patrick Williamson.

NOTE: If renting the auditorium, there is absolutely NO food or beverages allowed in the auditorium. If the carpet should get soiled during your event, you will be responsible for the cost of cleaning the carpet.
