Student Council Donates $500 to Manna Meals

Northwest Catholic Student Government donates monies left by cancelled spring events to Manna Meals, a program to feed those with food insecurity.

NWC Director of Campus Ministry Chris Haddad and his sons lent a hand at the St. Joseph Cathedral Food Pantry this week. The pantry allowed only one family in at a time to work, then let only one family in at a time in to gather food. It was a long but important process.

Every December Northwest Catholic's freshman class organize the Annual Toy Drive, and every year the drive gets more and more successful. This year Campus Ministry students delivered hundreds of toys to the Catholic Worker in Hartford.
